Dear Ethereum Frogs Community,

2024 has been an incredible year for the Ethereum Frogs ecosystem. There is no denying the amazing progress we’ve made together. From the very beginning, the power of attraction has driven our success.

We passionately presented the beautiful Efrogs & Efroglets NFT collection to the Linea community and with their love we minted out both our NFT collections in minutes, launched CROAK as our ecosystem token, and built Pond.fun into a robust, audited and mass tested, memecoin launchpad. These milestones are just the beginning. Thanks to the support of our wonderful community, we’ve achieved some amazing things:

• Partnering with Linea to host various onchain and offchain community events.

• Hosting hackathons with the Consensys team.

• Partnering with Zerolend to add CROAK into Zerolend’s isolated market for borrowing and lending different assets.

• A private channel for Efrogs on Linea discord server.

• Participating in Linea Guild Games and Linea Culture SZN.

• A unique ENS integration for Efrogs and Efroglets NFT Collection.

• Traveling with Linea to Singapore and Brussels, sponsoring tier 1 events and illustrating efrogs products to Vitalik Buterin.

• Our founder Shama speaking on multiple Live Streams and irl events with panels representing Linea, Metamask, Consensys, GateLabs.

• CROAK listing on PROBIT - a CEX with the help of our partner Yellow Capital

• Introduced mint with $CROAK - an innovative way to deploy and mint NFTs using $CROAK as mint fees.

• Surpassed a combined trade volume of 625 ETH [ $2.5 million usd ] on both our NFT collections.

• CROAK having close to 15,000 holders, Efrogs at 1596 holders and Efroglets with 6400 holders - the most “Democroaktic” distribution.

• A community of over 80,000+ members.

• Explored the new frontier of Community led Staking by pooling ETH from our community members through StationX token-gated NFTs and staking it on various DeFi protocols to earn LXP. Now that the LXP campaign is over, we have successfully distributed $150,000+ USD worth of ETH & other donations back to the Efrogs station members.

It’s been a fruitful and rewarding year for the Efrogs family!

Plans for 2025:

We’re aiming for even bigger growth. Our goal is to solidify our position as the #1 cultural movement on Linea and continue to provide value to our community through building and innovation. Efrogs is set to become a globally recognized brand. We will explore more in-person events to grow our worldwide presence. We have conquered the onchain space and now we are looking to expand beyond the blockchain to inspire other NFT brands and projects.

🐸CROAK: Our ecosystem coin has huge potential. CROAK is already the second biggest memecoin on Linea after Foxy, but with a market cap of just $3M, it’s positioned perfectly for growth. Our focus is on building and growing responsibly before targeting new centralized exchange (CEX) listings to onboard thousands of new “Croaksters”. CROAK has everything it needs to hit a $100M market cap, but Linea is still growing and we’re proud to lead that journey.

🐸 Ethereum Frogs and Froglets: Our NFT collections reached all-time highs in December, driven by exciting announcements from Linea, including the LINEA TGE in Q1 2025 and the ENS partnership. These strategic moves have solidified Efrogs as the core of NFT innovation on the Linea blockchain.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re thrilled to confirm that Efrogs and Efroglets will serve as the key reference for Linea, welcoming all new members drawn to the ecosystem by the Linea TGE. Efrogs will be the main point of contact for these newcomers, cementing our position as the #1 community on Linea during and after the transition of Linea to decentralization.

Together, we will continue to lead in innovation and opportunities for our holders, setting the gold standard for NFTs and community engagement on Linea.
